Night/Nocturnal Disorder Symptoms:
Keep in mind these are not ALL the symptoms but rather the most common ones.
Emotional/Behavioral Symptoms:

Constantly waking up from sleep and requiring eating to fall back asleep

Skipping breakfast or little to no appetite in the morning

Eating more food after during than the entire day

Eating more than half of the daily intake after dinner

Waking up three or more times a week to eat

Eating mostly carbohydrates, sugar and starch.

Remember that you woke up and ate.

Overweight or obese

Feeling depressed, anxious, and guilty while eating

Highly concerned about weight or body shape
-
Compulsively eats during the night
