Night/Nocturnal Disorder Symptoms: 

Keep in mind these are not ALL the symptoms but rather the most common ones. 

Emotional/Behavioral Symptoms: 

  • Constantly waking up from sleep and requiring eating to fall back asleep 

  • Skipping breakfast or little to no appetite in the morning 

  • Eating more food after during than the entire day 

  • Eating more than half of the daily intake after dinner 

  • Waking up three or more times a week to eat 

  • Eating mostly carbohydrates, sugar and starch. 

  • Remember that you woke up and ate. 

  • Overweight or obese 

  • Feeling depressed, anxious, and guilty while eating 

  • Highly concerned about weight or body shape

  • Compulsively eats during the night
